Role Description

The General Manager role is full-time and on-site at our Bengaluru location. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of store management, from overseeing day-to-day operations to creating and implementing strategies that drive sales growth and profitability. The General Manager will be tasked with managing team members, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and sales management
• Proficiency in store operations management, including inventory management, visual merchandising, product placement and pricing
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of associates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• An appreciation for Indian textiles and culture is beneficial but not required
