About the Role (Location - Gurgaon)

  • Treasury functions - Managing cash flow preparation, EDPMS working, EEFC Conversions, due diligence certifications, support for transaction clearing, monitoring FX rates etc.
  • Supporting payroll functions including verification of payroll data, monitoring payroll accounting, coordination with payroll operations team, employee separation clearance, FTE to cost centre reconciliation etc.
  • Managing Statutory functions including SME Returns, LA Filings, Coordination with legal and CS
  • Managing Payables including Vendor query handling, PO creation, Finance related negotiations, Service review with STP, review of contract etc.
  • Managing Intercompany including Inter- company recharges, ICO Agreements review and approval on Oswald, Change Note review and approval etc.
  • Handling General Ledger functions including TB Review with RTR FC, GLC Reconciliation and sign off, GL Scrutiny, PBC Preparation and review, JV Review, BFC Pack review.
  • Managing CARM Control assessment and sign off, review of design assessments, leadership team review comments, review of signatory list, finance risk review
  • Handling audit functions including tax audit support, Internal audit support
  • Handling budgeting exercises, FLC computation, Central cost budgeting
  • Preparing and ensuring tax and GST compliances including filing and submitting tax forms
  • Handling tax audit
  • Performing and managing tax reconciliations
  • Recommending tax improvements and helping identify tax risks.
  • Performing a variety of administrative functions like assisting in arranging travel authorizations, accommodations, conference registrations for employees
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

  • Experience 8-10 years work experience in a finance and admin role.
  • Education – Bcom or CA Inter
  • Other skills – Self-starter, Proactive, excellent Excel skills, eye for details and good with numbers, understanding of SAP system
