Job description

  1. Measure & Track Reliability index
    1. Ensure health & uptime of assets through execution of Preventive Maintenance plans / timely resolution of breakdown calls / failure analysis & corrective action
    2. Audit of assets & facilities and closure of audit punch points / give feedback/recommendations for reliability improvement
    3. Updating field roles on right operating envelopes/practices of all critical assets at ROs for their safe reliable & continuous operations.
    4. RCA & trouble shooting to achieve cost optimization by horizontal replication of solutions to reduce / eliminate issues noticed.
    5. Minimize downtime/Sales Loss.

  1. Operational excellence & Process Improvements
    1. Knowledge center & reference for all State stake holders for a wide range of technical matters on different disciplines
    2. Ensure OMS at sites by complying with rolled policies conducting periodical audits carrying out timely rectification of punch points continuous education of site operation team
    3. Ensure compliance in line with the changing business environment Processes System & Regulations.
    4. RCAs of critical issues/failure sharing and implementation of findings.

  1. Budget administration Maintenance Contracts & Vendor Management
    1. Close tracking for effective utilization Publish MIS to all concerned with analysis
    2. Responsible for site specific activities to get all PRs creation against the budget.
    3. Vendor performance analysis & feedback
    4. Improvement in effectiveness in planning the jobs.
    5. Insurance claims & scraps settlement

  1. Customer Satisfaction (Internal/ External/ Vendor/ Channel Partner)
    1. Maximize customer satisfaction and take corrective action to eliminate any areas of concern from field.
    2. Focus on Visual manifestation & upkeep of assets customer touch points
    3. Coordination of all the asset Vendors & Facility management Contractors Guide & train where necessary Resolve their issues when flagged
  2. HSE compliance & improvement
    1. Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
    2. Ensure compliances related to HSE & guidance to field team & vendors
    3. To ensure information to vendors & field team regarding safe practices/safety learning.
    4. Ensure HSE at sites by complying with HSE policies conducting periodical audits carrying out timely rectification of punch points continuous education of site operation staff

  1. Asset management to enhance reliability & systems
    1. Continuous assessment of asset health & initiate proactive actions to minimize sales loss
    2. Adherence of revised / new SOP & its implementation
    3. Timely execution of Projects / various proposals for improvement and modifications
    4. Decide upon asset redundancy write off & disposal. Enable timely claims for insurance for maximum returns to business

  1. Implement profit improvement opportunities
    1. Ensure Cost Optimization & value Engineering / Identify profit improvement opportunities.
    2. Prepare applications for various approvals from local bodies submit to concern. Follow up for obtaining approvals.

  1. People training & development
    1. Training to field team sustain & motivate high efficiency team
    2. Provide safety training to field team & vendors effective working.

  1. Minimum 8 Years of total work experience.
  2. Minimum 4 years of handson experience in Maintenance. Knowledge of facility management.

  1. Worked in continuous operating plant environment.
  2. Knowledge on contract scope negotiation
