Centre of Excellence-Tourism & Hospitality is a vocational training center established by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in 2015 as State Skill Mission. Its mission is to enhance the employability of the youth of Himachal Pradesh by providing vocational training programs. These programs are designed to promote entrepreneurship and establishment of small-scale business start-ups.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B Service Faculty located in Solan. The F&B Service Faculty will be responsible for training students in food service, customer service, food & beverage, skills. They will be involved in curriculum development, teaching, student evaluation, and program assessment.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the food service industry and knowledge of F&B operations
- Experience in customer service and excellent communication skills
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of industry best practices
- Experience in curriculum development, teaching, and student evaluation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Experience with program assessment is a plus
