Job Description :Key Responsibilities : 1. Project Delivery Management : - Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Odoo implementations and projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. 2. Team Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, consultants, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. - Provide guidance and support for professional development. 3. Client Engagement : - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality Odoo solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. - Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Technical Expertise : - Possess in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and related technologies. - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Odoo and related fields. - Provide technical guidance to the team and assist in problem-solving. 5. Risk Management : - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success. 6.Resource Allocation : - Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements. - Optimize team productivity and ensure the utilization of resources. 7.Quality Assurance : - Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain quality standards. Required Skills & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and delivery. - Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and customization.
