Client Services Manager - advertising

ZoomMantra Productions is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager - advertising to work on-site at our Mumbai location. The role will require the candidate to oversee the delivery and execution of projects for our clients. Responsibilities will include managing timelines and budgets, maintaining client relationships, upselling current clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ideate and execute campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising, client services, or project management
• Experience with managing budgets and timelines, negotiations, and client relations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Experience in the e-commerce industry and working with marketplaces is a plus
