Job Title: Manage r – MICE Reports to VP MICE Experience : 4 – 6 years Grade: P4 / P5 Manages : Account Managers / Sr. Executives/ Executives – Marketing and Client Servicing
Position Objective : Establish and manage the MICE business vertical Formulate the BD strategy for Phase 1 MICE vertical Generate revenue and add clients to the MICE vertical against an agreed annual target. Manage designated key accounts Team management – Nurture and Grow a team and take responsibility for the team and their targets Responsibilities: Front-end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Phase 1 against an agreed annual target Responsible for driving the BD targets for self and the team and developing strategies towards achieving the same. Establish and manage the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) vertical of Phase 1. Implement best practices after thoroughly understanding the components and trends of the MICE industry Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project briefs & event objectives Negotiate with clients for deal closure Act as a bridge between the Client and Operations and creative teams Ensure prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries Oversee end-to-end activities from lead generation to post-event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events Work with Client Servicing, Operations, and creative teams to grow the events business. Set up, catalog, and manage a Database of hotels and destination management companies, technology partners, and entertainment partners across the globe Manage a marketing team, nurture and grow them to work independently towards the business target Market Intelligence: Identify and analyze competition and stay abreast with the latest event trends Client Management: Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly Build innovative strategies to retain key clients Map key accounts periodically to ensure a sustained focus on key account retention. Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately Ensure 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution Leverage client feedback and ensure continuous reinventionJob tags
