Job Title : Junior Architect
Job Summary:
Graniti Vicentia India Pvt Ltd is seeking a junior architect specializing in architecture interiors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, excellent proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit software, and the ability to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings. Potential candidate will work closely with architects and interior designers to produce accurate and precise drawings that guide the construction and renovation of interior spaces.
Responsibilities:
· Draft detailed interior and architectural plans using AutoCAD / Revit software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
· Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements, goals, and design concepts.
· Create 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections for various interior design and architectural projects.
· Maintain and update drawing files, ensuring version control and consistency.
· Generate construction documents, including material specifications, dimensions, and annotations.
· Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals for client meetings.
· Collaborate with other team members to resolve design and construction-related issues.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD / Revit software.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit software and a strong understanding of drafting standards.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and organized drawings.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and project stakeholders.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
· Candidate with Revit experience will be given higher preference.
· Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design technologies and software.
