Role Description

The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka. The Sous Chef will help with menu planning, food preparation, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The Sous Chef will also train and supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment and tools, and food safety standards
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen staff
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
