Role DescriptionThe Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka. The Sous Chef will help with menu planning, food preparation, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The Sous Chef will also train and supervise kitchen staff.
