Position
As an HR trainer, you will take on a dynamic role focused on enhancing employee skills and knowledge through effective training programs, induction, and orientation. This position involves designing and implementing various training modules, conducting need analysis, and actively participating in staff welfare and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities Induction & Orientation
- Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs for new staff.
- Create, update, and deliver induction modules, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners into the hospital's culture and practices.
- Orient new staff to the hospital layout and introduce them to department heads.
Training & Development
- Conduct basic procedure training for new employees, including emergency response protocols.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design soft skill training programs.
- Maintain and present training records at meetings.
Communication
- Maintain communication with new joiners during their training period.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and participate in departmental meetings.
Auditing & Policy Design
- Conduct HR and training audits.
- Design and revise HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Oversee the auditing of departmental training and provide feedback for improvement.
Staff Welfare & Recognition
- Develop and implement staff welfare programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee reward and recognition programs.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in nursing recruitment, especially during bulk hiring phases.
- Explain compensation packages and assist in the selection process.
Requirements
- Graduate / Post-Graduate of any stream.
- MBA or Diploma with specialization in HRÂ or training or similar qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant area in a reputed organization or 1-year experience in a similar position and industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulousness, time management.
- Planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
