About the job
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives at Gedu Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's market presence and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the Gedu Global brand image. Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Utilize analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance. Content Strategy: Lead the development of compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive customer acquisition through effective lead generation initiatives. Implement strategies to convert leads into customers and maximize customer retention. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence. Collaborate with external partners to execute joint marketing initiatives. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Job tags
