The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, screen, and shortlist potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Conducting initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
- Assisting in coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Providing administrative support in creating job descriptions, posting job adverts, and managing candidate communications.
