Job description
Proven customer support experience.
Should have calling experience or Willing to work in US voice process.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively work with a team.
The candidate will have to work on US east coast time and the expected workingtime would be from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM(IST).
Willing to work in night shifts.
Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaintsand other issues that may arise from time to time
Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with differentclasses of people
He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence.
