Job Description :SCCM Admin L3 - Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled SCCM Admin Level 3 to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and securing our IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities :SCCM/MECM :- Proficient in packaging applications for low bandwidth distributed environments.- Expertise in OSD configuration and software update methodology across high-availability (HA) clusters.- In-depth understanding of SCCM infrastructure components, emphasizing CI/CD best practices.- Secure SCCM using internal PKI and adhere to distribution best practices.PowerShell :- Accomplished PowerShell scripter with the ability to understand and modify existing scripts.- Utilize PowerShell for development and implementation, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.Operating Systems :- Deep understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 for making changes via PowerShell.- Experience managing an on-premises Microsoft Active Directory Forest, including Group Policy, PKI, SCEP/NDES, and DNS.- Proficient in Microsoft Security best practices from Azure/Intune Co-management down to the Windows Server/Windows 10 desktop level.Hardware :- Manage various types of underlying hardware (physical and virtual) for server and desktop operating systems.- Experience with firmware, BIOS, and driver management using SCCM and PowerShell.- Familiarity with virtual server host platforms and various storage configurations.SCOM :- Experience tuning management packs and optimizing alerting.- Knowledge of orchestration to remediate alerts.Other :- Software development experience with C# (WPF and WCF) is beneficial.- Experience with thin client management (HP, Inc) and Linux/Bash scripting for thin clients in VDI environment.- Exposure to Meraki, HPE Aruba/Orchestrator, or other SD-WAN technologies.- Familiarity with HPE Servers, OneView, and HPE server configuration. - Experience with security frameworks in retail, including PCI and NIST.- Knowledge of Azure/IAAS for Windows VDI or SCCM Cloud Management.- Experience with Intune or other third-party MDM like SOTI MobiControl.- Exposure to retail POS systems (Java-based).
