Job description

Lead the process of coming up with incremental growth and channel development strategies for different geographies and market dynamics.
Identify white spaces for new distributor rollout, Develop, manage and own the business cases (including economic models, ROI analysis, margin structures etc) for different channel partners. Prepare and implement templates for ROI modeling, distributor assessment etc for the region.
Identify and Help Region drive Key growth initiatives in Independent channel for various Categories/Segments.
Prepare strategic options for channel partnerships in different geographies basis cross-functional coordination with core sales team and product teams.
Personally interact with channel partners to gather information on industry developments and to identify opportunities
Closely work with the sales field force to fully migrate them to sales force Automation. Key role in the migrating sales field force fully into sales automation tools like SFDC, Apollo etc.
Oversee new distributor appointment, launch and monitor performance in initial ramp-up phase
Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

Minimum requirements

5 to 10 years of experience in consumer sales and marketing with strong experience in channel partner engagement, appointment and management
Experienced in engaging with and managing large distributors / distribution houses .

Preferred skills and experiences

Strong understanding of consumer sales and distribution network development
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to work
cross-functionally with different departments
Ability to analyze data and contribute to the business direction for the company.
Good proficiency in Excel and PPT.
