• Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network-related problems, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Ticket Management: Log and track incidents and service requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• User Training: Assist users in understanding software applications, systems, and IT policies
• IT Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, installations, and system configurations
• Communication: Communicate technical information and updates effectively to users or clients
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to knowledge bases and documentation to facilitate quicker issue resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
