Job description
The Senior Project Analyst will be responsible for working on multiple projects initiatives across LTA-OTC teams in different GSC’s. The Person will be responsible for working closely with Execution TL’s and Manger’s on critical Projects. The role involves managing senior stakeholders, Product Owners etc. The role will also be responsible to drive Operational Excellence initiatives in GSC.
Key responsibilities
- To communicate and partner with key stakeholders to understand their reporting and business needs, dashboard needs thereby delivering insightful & a story telling dashboard experience.
- Collaborate with execution teams to bring out data that is required for process performance measurement, target setting for teams.
- Support OTS / LTA Tenders setting up and manage process metrics and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develops solutions to match business needs, customer specific requirements
- Participates in Global projects and development of new ideas to improve Global GSC functional processes
- Proactively work with different functions in GSC to improve customer excellence
- Identify Improvement areas for the Cluster and work on improvements plans
- Jointly work with the clusters to identify improvement projects that can add value to the customer experience and business prospects to the clusters.
Required experience & skills
- Good with time management & prioritization
- Proven working experience in project management will be an added advantage
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, writing Macros Etc.
- Knowledge on Power BI is a plus
- Proven strong communication skills ensuring clear, direct and appropriate communication at multiple organizational levels
- Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure
- High analytical / problem-solving skills.
