Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective students, communicating with them directly and effectively, and selling the benefits of the various training courses offered by ODIGOS. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for helping prospective students with the enrollment process and answering any admission-related questions they may have.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in an education or training-related field is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Experience in sales and marketing is beneficial
