Job Location- Sector 63, Gurugram. Salary Range- Upto 15LPA

Company Description Stupa Sports Analytics is a global sports analytics company, driven by love for Table Tennis. The company has developed an end-to-end scalable platform that includes performance analytics for athletes, an event management system for federations, OTT for fans, content and live streaming for betting and media platforms. Additionally, Stupa’s AI-enabled video analytics can also be consumed by national federations & broadcasters for enhancing the viewing experience for fans and followers. Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand's visibility and positions us as thought leaders in our industry. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, marketing expertise, and the ability to execute campaigns effectively across various channels.

Responsibilities  Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market trends.  SEO Management: Oversee all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and analytics, to improve organic search visibility and ranking.  Newsletter Management: Plan, develop, and execute engaging newsletter campaigns that keep our audience informed and engaged.  Speakership Opportunities: Identify and secure speakership opportunities for company representatives to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.  Partnership and Sponsorship Opportunities: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand exposure and market reach.  Google Ads Campaigns: Design and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads, optimizing for performance and ROI.  Content Marketing: Lead the content marketing strategy, including the creation and distribution of valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.  Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media strategy, including content creation, posting schedules, engagement tactics, and performance analysis across all relevant platforms.  Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing initiatives and channels, managing brand reputation and positioning.  Thought Leadership: Establish the company as a thought leader through insightful content, research, and participation in industry discussions and events.  Digital Marketing Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, incorporating innovative tools and platforms into the marketing strategy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.  3+ years of marketing experience.  Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.  Deep understanding of digital marketing principles.  Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.  Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
