- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensuring advisors offer suitable financial solutions tailored to customer needs while adhering to business processes and norms.
- Target Achievement: Meeting monthly business targets for new business generation and advisor recruitment.
- Customer Engagement: Being the primary point of contact for customers, validating concerns, and liaising with relevant authorities.
