Job description

We are looking for an analytical individual with a deep understanding of performance marketing for our e-commerce business. The position is responsible for driving secondary sales on e-commerce platforms through effective and efficient use of performance marketing spends.

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for handling all ad campaign activities on marketplace portals • Responsible for directly running effective & efficient campaigns on Flipkart Ads, Amazon Marketing Services, in consultation with the product marketing team and e-com sales team to drive secondary sales on overall value / focus products / NPDs etc. • Analyse campaign and portfolio performance with thought data from campaign dashboards, Amazon Pi • Manage Marketing spend budgets, forecasting marketing spend on annually, quarterly, monthly basis • Should be able to plan and select ad properties basis brand/business objective • Campaign strategy, planning, execution, optimization, management, analysis and reporting • Responsible for driving positive KPI trends • Agency Management

Work Skills: • Work closely with the product marketing team and e-commerce sales team to drive portfolio sales and mix improvement to meet business objectives • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills

Requirement: • Candidate should be an MBA with relevant work experience of 3-5 years. • Should be well versed in ad campaign formats available on market place portals (Flipkart, Amazon & Myntra), and also have sound knowledge of PPC/CPC ad campaigns, Google Ad words & SEM. • Preferably from Ecommerce/Agency background • Comfortable to work a deadline driven, dynamic environment • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
