  Job Purpose

 

 

As the Global Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the L&D sub-function across India & UK. You will play a critical role in identifying learning and business gaps in consultation with senior leadership and People Directors. You will design and deliver impactful and sustainable learning experiences to develop skills that align with business priorities and drive results. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing people and leadership development by conducting needs analysis, offering necessary interventions, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

 

 

  Responsibilities

 

· Learning Strategy and Vision : Support the Global L&D lead to develop a forward-thinking learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches to talent development.

· Leadership Engagement : Consult with business leaders, senior management & People Directors to identify learning and business gaps for ongoing and new initiatives.

· Program Design and Execution : Lead the design, creation, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and soft skills training.

Utilize a variety of learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience and ensure relevance to a diverse workforce.

· Talent Development and Succession Planning : Partner with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to support their career growth. Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.

· Learning Evaluation and Analytics : Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize learning experiences.

· Global Collaboration : Collaborate with regional L&D teams to ensure consistency and alignment in learning strategies across different geographies. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams to leverage global expertise.

· Learning Technology and Innovation : Explore and implement cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms to enhance the efficiency and scalability of learning programs. Identify and integrate emerging trends, such as micro-learning and gamification, into the L&D strategy.

· Budget Management : Manage the L&D budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing the return on investment.

Education & Experience

 

 

12+ years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role with at least 7-8 years in a lead delivery role.

Preferred Certifications: Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, Applied Neurosciences, or related fields, Certification in psychometric assessments is an added advantage
