Senior Manager HR (Recruitment) The Senior Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, and managing the recruitment team.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. Source, identify, and assess potential candidates for open positions. Build relationships with external recruiters, universities, and other sources of potential candidates. Establish and maintain a strong presence on job boards, social media and other recruitment sites. Lead the interviewing and selection process, including phone screenings, in-person interviews, and reference checks. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization is staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment methods and technologies. Prepare and present recruitment reports to management. Train and mentor junior recruitment staff. Manage the recruitment budget and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions. Requirements: Must Have hired and understand mechanical/Automotive industry openings/verticals Minimum Experience needed -12-14 Years as Recruiter (Employee life cycle) Current on market trend /filtering procedure /passionate and understand the human physiology Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of recruitment process and techniques Must know SAP – S4 HANA/ERP Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of recruitment and labour law. Qualification: Full time MBA (HR)/MSW from reputed institution Technical background /BE/B Tech is preferable Ready for 06 Days, work at site with commitment.
