Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise to solve problems, and acting as a key technical point of contact for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in software development, engineering, or related field
- Experience leading a technical team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with system integrations via (Rest API, MQ, Kafka)
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, etc.
- Experience with databases such as (MySQL, MS-SQL)
- Experience with software development tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing industries
- Experience with warehouse automation systems
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
