Job description
• Preparation of list of participants for each training program in advance
• Share final list of participants with concern cluster trainer
• Conduct induction training of new CSO's at regional level as per directed by Zonal Manager
• Develop and share action plan on monthly basis to their respective Zonal Managers and HO team
• Ensure to cater the training needs of all new joiners at regional level and discuss the same with HO team
• Coordination for training program with various departments and also report the same to their concern reporting authority
• Documentation of overall training records/feedbacks reviews
