Thorough Review and Risk Analysis: Carefully assess tenders and commercial deals for potential legal risks and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Strategic Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with business teams to develop efficient defence strategies and ensure strict adherence to governance policies and compliance standards.
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization: Research and evaluate risk factors, improve SOPs for tender processes, and enhance SLAs and TAT through practical knowledge and automation.
Precision Drafting and Legal Protection: Draft agreements and contracts to protect the company's legal rights, ensuring clarity and completeness to avoid disputes.
Responsive Handling of Complex Matters: Manage complex legal issues with urgency and diligence, providing timely clarifications and guidance while staying updated on industry legal developments.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 4+ PQE;
The role requires prior knowledge of working on public tender evaluation from a legal perspective;
Respect timelines of projects and able to manage expectations with business stakeholders.
