● Plan and execute strategies to improve retention of user segments
● Utilize communication skills to execute campaigns on the go
● Work with CRM tool analytics to synthesize, analyze, and interpret business data to deliver compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders
● Experience with tools such as CleverTap, App Consoles, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, etc is an added advantage
● Own the updates, sanity and upgrades of the CRM tool
● Build data-informed business cases for how to best drive customer journey
● Have a good eye for content and be comfortable with executing communication tools to the various segments in order to drive relevant traction
