Gokyo India's Own Outdoor Clothing & Gear Brand is seeking an Experienced and Dynamic Merchandiser to join our team in Mumbai. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in managing the Product lifecycle, ensuring seamless Coordination between Production and Sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with designers, production teams, and suppliers to develop and execute merchandising strategies.

2. Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed decisions on product development and inventory management.

3. Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards.

4. Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

5. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize product positioning and promotional activities.

6. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

7. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and production data.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fabrics, Apparel, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Merchandiser with 3-5 years in the fashion industry.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.

5. Ability to work Independently and Collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
