Job Title:
Technical Project Manager The project manager will work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure the seamless integration of MSP solutions and processes, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our contingent labor management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for a successful MSP implementation. Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables. • Collaborate with various departments (HR, Procurement, Finance, Business Unit leaders, Workforce Planning, Transformation Team and IT) to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders. • Oversee the completion of the ongoing vendor selection process, including vendor evaluations and contract negotiations, ensuring the chosen MSP provider aligns with the organization's goals and values. • Work with business leaders and SMEs to analyze current contingent labor management processes and identify areas for improvement. • Work with key stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement best practices to streamline contractor onboarding process and reduce costs. • Possess a functional understanding of technical concepts and be able to translate them into non-technical terms for various stakeholders. • Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility, provide technical insights, and make informed decisions. • Work with change management organization to ensure a smooth transition to the MSP model. • Coordinate planning for training and support to employees affected by the change. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the MSP implementation. • Regularly report on project status, milestones achieved, and budget utilization. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery (on time, on budget). • Demonstrated experience in managing technical project initiatives. KEY REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field (master's degree is a plus). • PMP or ScrumMaster certification a plus • 5-7 years' experience as a technical project manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex system implementation projects. • Strong understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) concepts and processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Change management expertise is a plus. • Financial acumen Work timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 5:00PM - 2:00 AMJob tags
