Education : B. Com
Experience: 1 To 2 Yrs
Job Profile:
Preparation of Sales Invoices, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Receipt & Payment Vouchers .
Ensure Completion of Timely Compliance & Day To Day Work As Per The Policies of Company & Statutory Norms.
Preparation Statutory Taxes Records for Return Filling of GST, TDS,
ESIC, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, LWF Etc.
Filling Of GST and ESIC Returns on Monthly Basis.
Handling of Petty Cash and Cash Expenses and Maintain Cash.
Handling of Accounts Receivables and Material Dispatches.
Creditors, Debtor’s Ledgers & Bank Accounts Reconciliation.
Assisting In Internal Audit & Various Government Department Audits.
Maintain Payroll and Administrative Activi ties.
Co-Ordination with Purchase and IT departments Maintain Item wise, service wise correct HSN/SAC code in Accounting Software
All types of voucher entry like cash, Bank, Journal, Sales, Purchase etc.
Reconciliation of party’s accounts with our Book of accounts.
Maintain Sales and Purchase Register.
Bank Reconciliation & Party Reconciliation, Handling Customers account.
Handling All Accounts
