Profile: Manager –Senior Manager -ME

Job responsibilities: Hand on experience and Expert in machining process turning , VMC HMC grinding hobbing .

1. Hadns on experience and Expert in CNC Programming setting trouble shooting.
2. Expert Process design tool selection and Jig / fixture designing.
3. Knowledge on Raw materials heat treatment and metallurgy.
4. Expert in GD&T reading drawings fixtures and expert 2D 3D Drawings and software.
5. Hands on experience in manufacturing excellence lean tools .
6. Knowledge is APQP PPAP and QMS.
