Job description
- Ceragon Networks is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team.
- As a crucial member of our creative unit, youll play a key role in crafting compelling visual narratives that tell our story, engage our B2B audience, and ultimately, contribute to the success of our business.
- The selected candidate must have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to follow corporate brand guidelines.
- The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.
- Additionally, the candidate must have experience creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, as well as event booth graphics.
- The position entails collaborating with multiple functions across the company, including field marketing managers, brand manager, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams, as well as other key stakeholders within the company, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
Conceptualize and design a wide range of B2B marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including:
o Presentations and sales decks
o Trade show booths and event materials
o Print collaterals like brochures, case studies, e-books and white papers
o Infographics
o And more
- Tailor design materials to effectively communicate key messages to specific target audiences for each project.
- Design and create visually engaging, professional, and pixel-perfect presentations using PowerPoint.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executives, marketers, and subject matter experts, to understand their presentation needs and objectives.
- Follow brand guidelines meticulously to maintain consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
- Work closely with our creative director to ensure that all materials, including images, graphics, and icons, are visually cohesive and aligned with our brand.
- Apply a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all marketing deliverable designs.
- Bring creativity and innovation to the table, going beyond literal interpretations of the content to present ideas in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
- Develop conceptual designs that effectively communicate complex ideas or data in a simple and visually compelling way.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate marketing messages, calls to action, and other relevant elements into design deliverables.
- Stay up to date with design trends, presentation techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve the quality and impact of deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- English mother-tongue level.
- +5 years experience as a B2B Graphic Designer with a strong focus on presentations, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Mastery of PowerPoint and proficiency in other design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentation design, visual storytelling, and attention to detail. Examples of before-and-after designs showcasing your ability to transform content into visually stunning presentations are highly desired.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders, including designers, marketers, and executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive in seeking feedback and incorporating changes to continuously improve presentation designs.
- Knowledge of data visualization and infographics is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
