Job Overview

We are looking for a Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Million IQ Solutions. As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in business relationship management, preferably in the life insurance industry
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Knowledge of the branch operations and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base
• Understand the needs of clients and provide them with suitable life insurance products and services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
