Job Summary
As a Scrum Master at Hyperthink Systems Client Location you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure the team's adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
• Identify and address impediments to the team's success.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable feedback.
• Track and report key Agile metrics to the team and leadership.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance team performance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure timely and transparent communication of risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a healthcare or related domain.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with healthcare software development projects is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
