Job description
Awaken Internet Marketing is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidate with excellent English communication skills for our Back Office US process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Based on the given instructions, search and extract the details of the appropriate legal cases from the websites of city civil courts of various counties in the USA.
- Maintain the collected data in Excel with V-look up, sumproduct, Concatenate, Trim, Pivot, etc.
- Escalate arising issues to our US team and get the resolution for the same.
- Maintain a log of everyday produced data and inform the manager of the same.
- Fill the received data in web form – Data Entry.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Any graduate who has the following skills may apply for the job.
- Good communication
- Better command of English (especially in written English)
- Efficient in Google search
- MS Office and web browsers
- Good typing speed
