Job description
Title : Manager/Sr. Manager - Business Development.
Experience / Qualifications :
- A high caliber engineering graduate with 07 years of experience in Project management/PPC & BD with background of Oil & Gas, Completion and Cementing side of business vertical. Company size managed 20 Cr.
- Expertise in marketing, customer relations, order review to shipment
- Oil and gas sector - In-depth knowledge in process planning, SCM, machining knowledge, part costing, product and API requirements, manufacture and assembly methodology, product validation and testing.
- Voice and Face that will make a difference to customer

Job Responsibilities :
- RFQ study and conducting feasibility
- Working with costing department to get quotes
- Forwarding quotes and following up till order receipt
- Handshaking with BD department for getting all information on commercial and tech specs
- Conducting contract review
- Explaining expectations on quality and key design points to concerned department
- Analyze and review tech specs – drawings, specs, RM, special process..
- Co-ordination with – purchase, vendor, manufacturing, SCM… on regular basis for order progress
- Follow API procedures related to department
- Develop PFD and SOP
- Interacting with concerned department to close NCRs and deviations
- Capacity and machine planning co-ordination
- Inspection and parts and parts meeting customer requirements – start to dispatch
- Maintain documentations as per API standards
- Oil and Gas Sector
o Product knowledge (Completion, Liner Hanger, Packers etc)
o Knowledge of API – 5CT, 7-1, 11D1, 14L
