About Company
Klenty is a sales engagement platform that helps sales teams execute personalized outreach using multiple channels like email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS to book more meetings. Our 5,000-strong customer base includes greats like Chargebee, Cleartax, Oracle, and Gartner, who automate their sales outreach processes. As a result, their sales teams spend more time on actual sales. Required Experience & Qualifications: Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization techniques for existing websites. Experience in data analysis and reporting (Good Excel skills) Analyze and optimize conversion rates based on customer behavior. Good English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail. Have a good understanding of the key on page metrics to track that impact conversions. Be a proactive self-starter with strong task prioritisation & project management skills. Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, sales and marketing. Understanding on Conversion Rate Optimization and ongoing trends. Has a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree. Working knowledge of CRO tools like Clarity , Hotjar , Pagesense, Google analytics, Google tag manager would be a plus.Job tags
