The Pinkvilla team is looking for a talented, experienced Lead in Social Media to work closely with the team and contribute to the overall social media strategy.
About PinkVilla: Pinkvilla is one of the largest digital websites in the entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion categories with 30 million unique users and 15 million social media followers. Based in: Mumbai What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) Develop creative and engaging social media Content for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube that will contribute to user growth and increase the brand reach across all social media platforms for Pinkvilla and other properties of Pinkvilla. Manage and meet the business targets in terms of social media reach and user engagement. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite Create engaging multimedia content across our social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand Should have Experience Handling a Team Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Meta Business Suite. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments Who could you be? Background and Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience managing social media platforms for a publisher. Proven experience in driving growth and meeting target numbers for social media. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proficiency in all social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook. Experience of Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business SuiteJob tags
