Position Overview We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled mid-level full-stack developer to play a crucial role in our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients' diverse needs. With a focus on both front-end and back-end development, this role demands a blend of technical prowess, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, the REST API, and Express.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Manage and maintain code integrity, organization, and automatization. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, REST API, and Express.js. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, including its quirks and workarounds. Proficient in code versioning tools, especially Git, and familiar with continuous integration. Ability to produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to work through technical challenges independently. A proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new programming languages and technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and database management (MSSQL) is a plus. Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members. It is comfortable working in distributed team environments and managing tasks across different time zones. A keen interest in staying abreast of technological advancements and integrating them into solutions when appropriate.
