Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join our professional services team. The role will involve supporting our customers in designing and delivering best practice communication using Marketing Technologies such as: HCL Unica, Adobe AEP, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Acoustic etc. Craft CXM consultants have experience in data, direct marketing, and technology, delivering high value, best-practice solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue this, supported by our experienced leaders. The role will initially be remote and Craft CXM provides career progression paths planned with you tailored to match your ambitions.

Main responsibilities Configuring best practice customer communication campaigns using market leading platforms aligned to our client eco-systems Customer enablement and training; guidance on self-paced learning; best practice advice and guidance on the optimal use of the marketing automation solution. Utilisation of platform databases, segmentations and preference centre/opt out processes. Ability to design, build & test campaign flowcharts aligned to campaign data briefs. Provide consultative advice and hands-on assistance ensuring client strategies are realised through the use of automation technologies. Ability to recognise, investigate and resolve any issues within the Unica platform. Deliver output mail files to the relevant channel aligned to client requirements. Creating SQL queries interrogating databases delivering desired audience segments.

Experience At least 2+ years hands on experience with HCL Unica, Adobe Campaign, Adobe AEP or similar in functional aspects, building campaigns to specified data briefs with complex segmentation. Knowledge of decisioning tools highly desirable. Knowledge and application of HTML & CSS Good SQL knowledge Campaign Brief understanding and experience Knowledge and awareness of database structures, segmentation, and personalisation Experience of the Australia and New Zealand markets and customer behaviours desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
