Responsibilities :-

 Social Media Management:

o Manage & amp; schedule social media posts across platforms to increase brand awareness &

engagement

o Monitor social media trends and opportunities and come up with ideas to enhance our

online presence

 Campaign Management:

o Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels

o Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

 Creative Input:

o Provide creative input for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

o Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and promotional strategies

o Manage content on channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc to drive brand awareness

o Collaborate on in-house shoot concepts with the content team, offering creative ideas

and assistance in execution

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications :-

 0-1 years of work experience

Completed or pursuing Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related

field from a reputed college

Enthusiasm for marketing with a desire to gain practical experience

 Basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape including email marketing

 Really good understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and

Instagram

 Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally

Skills

 Knowledge of copywriting and editing.

 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

 Good research and analytical skills.

 Good interpersonal skills.

 Good data management, documentation and reporting skills.

 Good IT skills – specifically MS Office.

 Open to new challenges, proactive and self-motivated.

 Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

 Eye for detail.
