Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Planning and Implementation:Collaborate with teachers to design, develop, and implement the curriculum for classes VI to X
• Ensure alignment with educational standards and learning objectives
• Teacher Support and Professional Development:Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing effective teaching methodologies
• Organize workshops and training sessions for professional development
• Assessment and Evaluation:Oversee the development and implementation of assessment strategies and tools
• Analyze assessment data to monitor student progress and guide instructional improvements
• Student Progress Monitoring:Implement systems for tracking and monitoring the academic progress of students
• Collaborate with teachers to address individual student needs
• Parental Communication:Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student performance and discuss academic strategies
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and conferences as needed
• Classroom Observation:Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching methods and provide constructive feedback to teachers
• Resource Management:Ensure the availability and effective utilization of educational resources, including textbooks, materials, and technology
• Collaboration with Leadership Team:Collaborate with the school leadership team to align academic goals with overall school objectives
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Student Engagement and Enrichment:Facilitate extracurricular activities, workshops, and events to enhance student engagement and holistic development
• Compliance with Educational Standards:Stay updated on educational trends, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum advancements
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
