Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our credit card sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products over the phone, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.
Explain the features, benefits, and terms of credit card products to customers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Stay informed about the latest credit card products, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in a credit card or financial products environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
Basic knowledge of credit card products and financial services.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
