Roles amp; Responsibilities: - Effective planning amp; execution of preventive amp; predictive maintenance of robots and other equipment.
- Update computerized Maintenance Management system database with PM Activity equipment data maintenance history.
- Monitors and evaluates equipment performance and initiates improving activities.
- Update working instructions for changing equipment process.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring problems and initiates corrective action.
- Implementing Kaizen to improve OEE and productivity of the production.
- Doing why - why analysis for any breakdown and resolving through systematic approach.
- Spare part management.
- Study amp; reduce maintenance costs, through optimum utilization resources.
- Responsible for handling Day to Day Breakdowns and resolving the same in minimum time.'
Requirements - Electronics and electrical knowledge required.
- Basic knowledge of electronics PCB amp; components.
- MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint knowledge required.
- Testing and troubleshooting of electrical amp; electronics components.
- Maintenance management
- Breakdown maintenance analysis
- Sensors , Encoders, knowledge required.'
Good To Have - Basic knowledge of electronics amp; electrical
- Proximity ,Inductive , Area sensors knowledge required.
- Communication Skills
Eligible Candidates - Desired Qualification: BE Electronics/Electrical
- Work Experience: 2-4 Years
