Duties and Responsibilities
l Determine all operational methods according to required work standards and analyze all information to resolve specific issues such as optimal utilization of personnel and materials;
l Ensure optimal utilization of all personnel and materials and provide support to all processes and ensure achievement of all safety and cost objectives;
l Guide and change the way of thinking and doing, manage the company cultural change to Develop a continuous improvement culture in plant;
l Utilize lean principles and tools (5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, Kanban, and Standard Work etc.) to systematically identify and eliminate wastes;
l Develop and maintain all multi variable standards and schedule all validation of designs and provide require training to staff and prepare documents for all methods and procedures for engineering processes;
l Provide support to all industrial budget and prepare design of facility layout and assist to handle all materials and equipments and assist to improve all costs and analyze same and design plan to eliminate all waste from industrial processes;
l Design and execute all processes and recommend improvements to same and ensure efficiency of all production processes and analyze manufacturing processes;
l According to the one piece flow, design the layout by production;
l According to the production process, optimize the tools and manpower;
l Train the supervisor and office employee about the basic learning tools;
l Involve in SOS and OEE tracking;
l Other tasks assigned by head of department.
Qualifications and Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above, majored in Industrial Engineering or related
l 5 years above experience in manufacturing environment
l Experience in leading Lean sigma that produced quantifiable savings
l Potential to be developed as Black Belt
l Understanding of and passion for Lean Enterprise, and Strong understanding of and ability to implement Lean Principles and Tools
l Good presentation, communication and planning skill and accountability
l Verbal and oral English skills required
