Job description
Overview:
The Python Developer plays a crucial role in our organization by developing and maintaining highquality software applications using Python programming language. They will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient solutions and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust Pythonbased applications and APIs
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
- Write effective scalable code
- Integrate user authentication and authorization between multiple systems and servers
- Implement security and data protection
- Optimize and maintain existing systems and components
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix bugs
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Contribute to the software architecture and design
- Work closely with product owners to understand requirements and create technical solutions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies
- Provide technical support to internal teams as needed
- Participate in Agile development process
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Python and its frameworks (e.g. Django Flask)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Ability to solve complex problems and think critically
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience in developing and consuming web services (RESTful APIs)
- Solid understanding of software development best practices
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean maintainable code
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
