Job Description :

1. Supervising and guiding the DSR and TPE's as well as providing direction to in line to HO for achieve sales targets.

2. New Channel appointment, Channel Management, Ability to handle the Off-roll Sales team.

3. Managing the Secondary sales by Motivating and driving the the CP's DSR and TPE's to get the desired result.

4. Responsible to work closely with HO to align Channel partner and team with HO direction.

5. Responsible for all the Branding & Marketing activities, Brand Promotion activities like Retailer / Mechanic Meets

6. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.

Qualification : Graduate + MBA Proffered
