What will you do at Fynd - Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Ensuring process and policy adherence across the Inside Sales function, with a focus on communication and meeting sales targets
- Improving customer communication and sales pitch
- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
- Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills
