Company Overview:

The Sone India Group of Industries is a leading player in the Appliances Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing industry. With a strong presence in the market the company is known for its highquality uPVC and Aluminum Door and Window systems. As part of our expansion plans we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the Delhi/NCR region.

Role and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with architects interior designers builders and potential clients.
Develop strategies to generate new business and increase market share in the target area.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors offerings to identify opportunities for product development pricing and service improvements.
Achieve sales targets collection targets and enhance overall brand visibility and sales performance.

Candidate Qualifications:

MBA degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 34 years of experience in sales and marketing specifically in uPVC and Aluminum Door and Window systems.
Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of uPVC and Aluminum Door and Window systems
• Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
