Qualification: Any Graduate with 1+ year of experience in handling international calls (Europe and US).

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Should have excellent communication skills in English – Both in written as well as in spoken.
  2. Handling outbound sales calls (Cold calling)
  3. Telephonic communication with decision makers of prospect companies
  4. Business email communication and etiquettes
  5. Adapt secondary research skills: Qualify and Identify prospects.
  6. Learn technical information about our services and communicate it in a clear, concise manner.
  7. Communicate and liaise with Business Development Team to shape effective outbound sales activity.
  8. Incorporate strategic and consultative sales techniques by building pipeline, following up with prospects and maintaining sales funnel.
  9. Flexible with shifts
  10. Working knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Word & Ms PowerPoint
  11. Added advantage if any previous experience with sales tools/CRM (E.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Qualification: Any Graduate with 6+ months of experience in handling international calls (Europe and US).
